Complainant is absent and no steps taken on his behalf. This date was fixed for removal of defects by the complainant pointed out in the office note.On earlier 3 occasion time was allowed to complainant for the said purpose and finally on earlier last chance was giver to the complainant remained absent and did not file the required I.P.O and copy of the plaint and connecting documents and is the meantime the required time period for admirability of the complainant is 21 days as per 12 sub sec(3) of C.P Act has been lapsed and despite several opportunity complainant failed be remove the defects pointed out in the office note since date of filing is 19.12.14 to till date as such the case is not admitted and dropped.
