09.12.2019                The case record put today on the strength of put up petition filed by the complainant. The advocate for the complainant filed a withdraw petition supported with an affidavit of complainant on the ground that the matter has been settled with the O.P. outside this Hon’ble Forum. The complainant want to withdraw the case and do not want to proceed with the case any further.

                                    Heard. In view of present withdraw petition as the complainant do not want to proceed with the case any further the said case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.

Accordingly the case is disposed of.
