ORDER

Order pronounced. The opposite parties 1 to 3 are directed to pay Rs.1,00,000/- and Rs.5,00,000/- towards insurance policy amounts in respect of policy No's.753255902 and 753255948 in total Rs.6,00,000/-(Rupees six lakhs only) and they are also directed to pay Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) towards compensation for mental agony and to pay Rs.1,000/-(Rupees one thousand only) towards cost of this complaint to the complainant within 60 days from the date of this order.
