The learned counsel for both the parties filed a joint Petition No. 87/16 duly signed by both the parties stating into alia that both parties have agreed to settle the case on compromise. The opposite party has agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) only to the complainant to settle the case. Further, the complainant No. 2, 3 and 4 have agreed that the amount compromised be given to complainant No. 1 Haripriya Rabha. The prayer is allowed. The case is disposed off on compromise.

As on 16/08/2016 Record put up today. The claimant filed a Petition No. 110/16 praying for issuing the cheque for 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) only deposited by the O.P./LIC of India. Issue the cheque bearing No. 035200 Dated 06/08/2016 submitted by the O.P. vide Leter No. GBO/Claims Dated 08/08/2016 against Policy No. 481053694. The complainant will be identified by the advocate for the complainant.
