Ld. Advocates for Complainant and OP No.1 are present. A Joint compromise petition has been filed. It has been stated in the application that the matter of this case has been settled out of this Forum. The settled amount is Rs. 90000/-(Ninety Thousand Only) heard the Ld. Advocates. Perused the materials on record, considered, It appears that the matter of this case has been settled out of this Forum amicably. Thus the instant compromise is accepted.

It is ordered.

That the CC Case being No. 263/2018 be and the same is disposed of on compromise.

The OP No.1 is directed to pay the amount of Rs. 90000/-(Ninety Thousand only) by issuing Demand Draft/ Cheque in the name of the complainant within the 30 days of this order positively in default the said amount will carry interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of this order.

The case stand disposed of exparte against OP No.2 . Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the Ld. Advocate for the OP No.1 for information and compliance.
