          Mrs.Raj Kiran, complainant got recorded her statement that compromise with the opposite party has been effected and in view of the compromise, he has received  cheque of Rs.75000/- bearing No.115098 dated 20.10.2019 favouring Raj Kiran towards full and final settlement and nothing is due against the opposite party. As such, she does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and she withdrew the present complaint. Resultantly, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
