ORDER

1.   Heard. The matter has been settled between the parties. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Ramesh Chand, Assistant General Manager(HR) of OP No.1 has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, the OP No.1 shall pay a lumpsum amount of Rs.7,000/- to the complainant within a period of 15 days from today(26.12.2023) in full and final settlement of the present matter, failing which the OP No.1 shall be liable to pay the aforesaid amount alongwith interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of filing of present consumer complaint. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Shailesh Mani Tripathi, Complainant has admitted the aforesaid statement of Sh.Ramesh Chand, Assistant General Manager(HR) of OP No.1 and prayed that the complaint be disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement. It has been further stated by the complainant that he does not press any claim against remaining OP No.2 & 3.

2.   In view of the statements made by the parties and in terms of the settlement, the complaint stands disposed of by passing the following order:-

  1. OP No.1 shall pay a lumpsum amount of Rs.7,000/- to the complainant within a period of 15 days from today(26.12.2023).
  2. In case OP No.1 fails to pay the aforesaid amount within the stipulated period, then OP No.1 shall be liable to pay the same alongwith interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of filing of present consumer complaint i.e. 11.01.2021 till the payment is made.

 

3.   The complaint against OP No.2 & 3 stands dismissed being not pressed by the complainant.

4.   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
