No E/R of W/A received against the J.Dr.
O.ps. no. 1 & 2 file a petition supported by an affidavit praying for dispose of the case on full satisfaction and also recall of the W/A against the J.Drs../ o.ps. no. 1 & 2.
The decree holder also files an application praying for dispose of the case with full satisfaction.
Heard both sides. It is submitted on behalf of the o.ps. no. 1 & 2, W.B.S.E.D.C.L. and other that in compliance of the order dated 10-05-2010 the electric connection at the house of the petitioner at 20/62, Satya Sadan Dhar Lane, has been effected on 19-05-2010. So it is urged for recall the W/A against the o.p. no. 2. The decree holder / petitioner also submits that he has already got new electric connection in compliance of the order and as such prayed for disposal of the case on full satisfaction.
Having heard on both sides and upon perusal of the application of the parties we

That the case be disposed of on full satisfaction and the W/A be recalled against the J.Dr. at once.
The case is thus disposed of.
Supply the copy of the order to the parties, free of costs.
