The record is put up on the prayer of the complainant.

Complainant has filed a petition supported by an affidavit praying for passing necessary order to dismiss the case for non-prosecution, on the ground that due to talk of compromise has been successfully proceeded in between the parties out of this Commission, the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further.

Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant. Perused the case record and the petition filed by this day.

It appears that the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further due to talk of compromise between them and prayed for dismissing the case for non-prosecution.

Considered. Prayer is allowed.

Hence, it is

that this case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
