ORDER

Advocate for the complainant has filed an application U/S 257 CRPC which is also signed by the complainant in which they have stated that the accused has tendered 4 cheques and a DD for the amounts mentioned their in and have further submitted that entire amount due to the complainant in a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- is therefore paid and to record full satisfaction of the claim of the complainant. In view of the application filed, the claim of the complainant reported to have been settled fully. Hence, further proceeding is closed and the accused is discharged.
