Dated, the 18th of June, 2010.
                                                            ORDER
                        The case was taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts made for reconciliation, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. The OP has withdrawn the allegations leveled in the written statement against the complainant and the matter has been amicably settled by giving the Trouser to the complainant alongwith Rs.1500/-. The learned counsel for complainant has received Rs.1500/- in cash from the OP today in the court itself and hence he withdraws the present complaint as fully satisfied. Statement of the parties to that effect has been recorded separately. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
