ORDER

Seen and perused the complaint.

            Heard Mr. R. Phukan, learned counsel appearing for the complainant.

            The complaint relates to a motor vehicle accident. There is no police case. Copy of GD Entry also has not been furnished. There is no accident information report. Report from MVI has been submitted. Nowhere it is stated that the report of MVI was requisitioned by the District Administration or by police. MVI can not submit any such report without being so requisitioned by the authorities concerned. The case, if any, relates to vehicular damage and for the same the party can approach the Insurance Company for compensation or the MACT for any such remedy i.e. easily available and more efficious remedy.

            From the above, we find that the complaint is not maintainable. It is dismissed.
