                                                            ORDER

 

                        This is an application filed by applicant/complainant for corrections in the order dated 16.11.2009 passed in C.C.No.772 of 2009. The complainant has sought correction at page No.5 from the name “G.D.Bansal” to “G.P.Bansal” and second in the relief clause (iii) at page No.8 seeking substitution of word “release” with “regularize”. The OPs have no objection if the application of complainant is allowed and necessary corrections are made in the order dated 16.11.2009. Statement to that effect given by counsel for OPs has been recorded. Accordingly, the correction of name from “G.D.Bansal” to “G.P.Bansal” at page No.5 and word “release” with “regularize” in relief clause (iii) at page 8 is allowed and the same may be inserted in the order.

                        Certified copy of this order as well as corrected order dated 16.11.2009 be supplied to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
