Complainant is present alongwith his Authorized Representative who filed a petition dated 24.01.2019 stating that after receipt the notice from the Fora, the O.Ps have delivered the documents / certificates to him as claimed by him, as such he is no more interested to proceed with the case further.

Perused the petition dated 24.01.2019 filed by the Complainant and heard from him at length.  It is ascertained from the submissions of complainant and the application to that effect that the complainant has received all his documents / certificates as claimed by him from the O.Ps. and also it is ascertained that he has no claim in future against the O.Ps regarding the disputed matter.  Therefore, on the basis of such petition dated 24.01.2019, we are inclined to drop the case hence forth.

Keeping in view of the above compliance made between the parties, we have no hesitation to close the case.  Hence the present case is closed henceforth.  Issue free copy to the parties concerned.
