ORDER

Complaint is allowed only against O.P.2, and dismissed against O.P.1. O.P.2 is directed to pay an amount of Rs.500/- and cost of Rs.200/- to the complainant within a period of two months from the ddate of receipt of this order, failing which this amount shall carry interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from such date till payment. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to o.p.2 by RPAD and to others under C.O.P.
