            That the matter is settled between parties out of court and joint memo filed.  As per the terms of settlement the 1^st opposite party ready to pay a sum of Rs.25,936/- in full and final settlement of claim against opposite party 1 and 2 and the amount will be paid within 30 days of receipt of copy of the order and both parties shall bear their respective costs and interest.  Complainant is agreed for the same.  Therefore the complaint is closed accordingly.
