ORDER

11.11.2024: Complainant is absent, nor cause shown for absence. Perused foregoing orders which reveals that cross-examination of the complainant has been pending since  09.01.2024 and complainant has resorted to lineal adjournment every time throughout the past successive dates on this ground or the other. In the given state of things, this Commission has no alternative but to reject the evidence-on-affidavit of the complainant for lineally evading his cross-examination and dismiss the case for non-prosecution on the part of the complainant himself. The proceedings in the case thus, stands dismissed and the case stands disposed of accordingly for non-prosecution by complainant.
