ORDER   Ld.Advocate Shri. Girish Vora for the Complainant is present. Ld.Advocate Parveen Contractor is present for the Opposite Party No.1 to 3. The Opposite Parties have issued two cheques of Rs.24,789/- and second cheque is Rs.5,000/- in the name of the Complainant as full & final settlement of this complaint. The above cheques were accepted by the Ld.Advocate for the Complainant. He has given an application for full & final settlement of this complaint and for the withdrawal of this complaint. Hence, this complaint is disposed of as full & final settlement and the same is withdrawn. No order as to cost.
