2.         M/s Hyundai Motors India Ltd. IT Park, Manimajra, UT Chandigarh.

1.                     Keeping in view the spirit of Lok Adalat, counsel for the parties appeared and the counsel for the complainant has made statement, which is reproduced as under:-

            “Statement of Sh.Pardeep Kumar, Advocate for Complainant.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. I have received a sum of Rs.2500/- in cash from Sh.Sandeep Chhabra, Advocate for OP No.2, on account of full and final settlement before the Lok ADalat. I withdraw my present complaint as satisfied”

 

                         

2.                     In view of the statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
