          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                              Today, the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. However, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that complex question of law and facts are involved in this case, therefore, he does not want to pursue this case before this Hon’ble Commission and withdraws the present complaint on behalf of complainant, with liberty to file afresh complaint before the competent Court of law.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to approach the appropriate court for redressal of his grievance, as per law. Assistant of this Commission is directed to handover the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining photocopies of the same on the file, on proper receipt and verification. Certified copy of the order be sent to the complainant, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
