    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite party to supply the Newspaper regularly and and also to refund a sum of Rs.38/- being the cost of the said newspaper and Rs.4,00,000/- as compensation and Rs.5,000/- as costs of the compalint.
