ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on separate sheets of paper today. The complaint is partly allowed. The bills dated 1/10/1993 and 1/12/1993 are quashed. The opposite party is directed to issue fresh bills for the period from 16/7/1993 to 15/11/1993 on the basis of the average of previous six months bill. The amont paid by the complainant on the two disputed bills be adjusted to the further bills or be refunded to the complainant after informing him. The opposite party is also directed to pay the court cost of Rs.200/- within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
