ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.p. shall refund a sum of Rs.1,564/- to the complainant together with interest at 12% p.a. with effect from the date of the complaint till the date of realisation. It shall further pay a compensation of Rs.1,000/- to him and Rs.250/- towards the cost of these proceedings. This order shall be complied with within a period of 45 days from the date of its receipt by the o.p. failing which the complainant is at liberty to take out execution proceedings and recover his dues.
