Today for show-cause by Complainant.

No step is taken by parties.

It is now 1:15 p.m. on repeated calls neither the Complainant nor any body Complainant is found present either to file show-cause or to take step.

Perused the materials on record.

It appears that Complainant was absent without any step on the previous dates, as such he was asked to show-cause as to why this shall ;not be dismissed for his absent vide order no. 12 dt. 29-06-2017.

But this day Complainant is also found absent without any step this day.

In view of above facts and circumstances we have sufficient  reason to believe that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

So, this case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is  

                                                            Ordered

That the Complainant Case no. 68 of 2015 be and the same is hereby DISMISSED for default; but without cost.
