ORDER

In the circumstances of the case we direct the respondents to reprint the pages 117 & 118 of the telephone directory of 1995 after correcting the mistakes in the name and telephone number of the complainant and to supply the same to the telephone subscribers of the district and also to publish the same in the local daily news paper with in two months from the date of receipt of this order. We further direct the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.100/- to the complainant towards the damages suffered by him and also to pay a sum of Rs.100/- towards the cost of this proceedings.
