FINAL ORDER/JUDGEMENT

The petitioner Sri Atri Bose is present in person by filing hajira alongwith a petition praying fordisposal of the case with full and final satisfaction. The O.P./Jdr. has also filed hajira through his authorised person and has filed xerox copy of payment receipts.

The petition filed by the petitioner/Dhr. is taken up for hearing. In the said petition he has stated that he has already received the awarded amount alongwith interest. So he doesn’t want to proceed further with this case. From the xerox copy of bank payment receipts we find that the O.P. has deposited Rs.2,423/- in the Bank A/C of the petitioner and has also deposited a sum of Rs.2,107 on the Savings Bank Account of Consumer Legal Aid Fund, DCDRF, Jalpaiguri. Therefore there is no reason to proceed further with this case. As such the petition filed by the petitioner is considered and allowed.

Hence it is

O R D E R E D

                       that the MA no. 15/2017 be and the same is disposed of with full and final satisfaction.

                       Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost. Also inform Registrar-in-charge regarding payment in the Consumer Legal Aid Fund, DCDRF, Jalpaiguri.
