ORDER DATE-25/04/1996. The respondents is directed accept Rs.3,070/- as the bill amount towards the bill dated 4-7-93 instead of Rs.22,987/- from the complainant and to restore telephone No.27152 subject to the payment of the said amount of Rs.3,070/- and re-connection charges by the complainant. Further the respondent is directed to pay Rs.1,000/- to the complainant towards the cost of this proceedings.
