This case has been received through the post on 02.09.2019/03.09.2019 thereafter, it appears that on 03.09.2019 a letter was sent to the complainant to make a proper step in this case but the complainant did not turn up, and still after registration this case remained pending for hearing on the point of admission. Despite having information complainant did not activate to rush before the commission to take any step. Under the aforesaid reason, this complainant's case stands dismissed.
