           Both Parties are absent on call.  Perused the Complainant Petition and version. As it appears from the physical verification report. The meter has been by passed and the complainant refused to sign on P.V.R dated 12.01.2024. Provisional assessment order was passed on 15.01.2024 and final assessment order was passed on 09.02.2024. So it is purely comes U/S 126 Electricity Act and the case not maintainable in this Commission as per U.P Power Corporation vrs Anis Ahamad case. So the case is dismissed. However the Complainant is to approach the appropriate authority U/S 127 electricity Act and the authority consideration the same applying U/S 14 of limitation Act.
