            Today is fixed for Admission Hearing

 Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present .heard Ld.Advocate for the complainant on admissibility of the consumer complaint.

 On perusal of the petition it is observed that the complainant received a loan of Rs,25,92,118 / (Rupees Twentyfive Lakh ninty two thousand one hundred eighteen ) only  with an EMI –Rs 71,806 / (Rupees Seventy one thousand eight hundred six )  only for 47 installments and EMI Rs,35,000/ (Rupees Thirty five thousand) only for 16 installments  from the OPs ( The Tata Motors Finance Limited) vide a loan agreement no.5003369408 for the purpose of purchasing a vehicle to run an authentic transport business Goods Carrier- T vehicle:Tata Motors Limited ,Type of body:Truck,Registration No.JH10BZ4451 dated 20/03/2020.But within few days of registration of the schedule vehicle the Covid-19 Pandemic lock down declared by government and the complainant was unable to run the vehicle on road for which he failed to pay the said loan EMIs as per agreement.The OPs and their men regularly harassing the complainant to repay the loan amount.The complainant tried for one time settlement but failed. It appears from the photocopy of the documents annexed with the complainant petition that Authorization Certificate Of NP (goods) was issued by the Transport Department,Government of Jharkhand.Certificate of Registration State of Jharkhand,National Permit certificate,Government of Jharkhand etc but there are certain documents which are necessary to establish the complaint application.The loan agreement book, Bank statements of payment of EMIs,letter of proposal for final settlement dated 14/05/2023.

In view of the above observation  and lack of above mentioned documents we are not inclined to admit the                         consumer complaint in its present form and accordingly the same is rejected.

                 The CDF-II CC being No.156/2023 is thus disposed of.
