ORDER

Order dt.08/06/1993 The relief of complainant here is to order or direct the respondent to give information required in his application i.e., to give two names of the officials of Madikeri Revenue Office who were responsible for the MC No.9/85-86 dt.27.9.85, TMT No.86/84-85 in Karnangeri Village to him. The respondents in their objection agrees to these and state they are ready to give the name if the Forum orders. In the circumstances the respondent is directed to furnish the relief asked by the complainant in prayer portion of his complaint within 15 days.
