                        Case put up today before  the Lok Adalat held at DCDRF, Rayagada. Complainant is present before the forum and filed a memo  stating therein that  they have settled the matter out side the  forum and the complainant does not want proceed further in this case and prayed to drop the case. Accordingly we passed order and dropped the case without any cost. Supply the copy of order to the parties according to the provision of C.P.Act.
