Brief facts of the case:-

Brief facts  of the case is that the  complainant alleging deficiency in service against the Opposite Parties (herein after called O.Ps) for non  transfer of  Ration Card from Gunupur to Rayagada  Municipality  for which  the complainant sought  redressal.

The complainant is present  and filed a not press memo stating he does not want to proceed further in this case as the matter  has been settled.

Perused the record and the memo Dated. 7.12.2022 and  heard the complainant. This commission held that there is  no use to proceed further in this case. As the matter  has been settled between the parties.

In the result, the  case is disposed of on merit in the spirit of settlement after institution of this case and upon the notice to the O.P.
