The applicant filed the case in person against Superintendent Engineer, Electricity Department, and prayed for a sum of Rs.20 Lakhs as compensation along with salary of 43 months. The documents filed shows that the complainant is awarded an Award passed by the Labour Court, on 31^st Oct. 2001. The Award of such Labour Court can be implemented before the prescribed Forum under the Provisions of Industrial Dispute Act. There is no case under the Provision of Consumer Protection Act, as such the application cannot be entertained and the case is dismissed.
