          Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to refund a sum of Rs.4,000/- and odd collected excessively for the month of November 2014 and December 2014 with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- for deficiency in service and mental agony and to pay cost of the complaint.
