JUDGMENT

       The  present disputes emerges out of the grievance raised in the  complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for  non payment  of  P.L.I. death claim amount to the  complainant(Nominee).

            The complainant filed a  memo stating that  after receipt of the notice from the forum the O.P. has already paid the  P.L.I. death claim amount  as such the complainant  prays the forum   to drop the proceeding  as the complainant does not interested to proceed the case further.   Heard from the parties. Memo is allowed. Accordingly the case is disposed off.
