                    Case called several times since morning.  It is already 3:15 p.m.  Case called again but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. On the previous date of hearing also none has come present on behalf of the complainant.  It seems that complainant is not interest to pursue this complaint.  The complaint is dismissed in default.
