Both the parties are absent on call. On previous date. 25.04.2022 the complainant was present and received the alleged article and there after from the next date of posting i.e 20.06.2022 and today remained absent on repeated call. Case could not be hard absent of the complainant . Hence, we think that the complainant is not interested to proceed further more in this case. As such this complainant petition is dismissed for non prosecution . Copy of the order be served to the parties free of cost for their intimation and perusal.
