Complainant and OP file hazirah.

OP files a petition for remission of cost of Rs.5,000/- alongwith another petition stating inter alia that the Complainant Mousumi Chanda has already received all amount of money as per her claim from that OP and asked the Complainant to submit a receipt to that effect.

The Complainant files a petition stting inter alia that she has received the entire money from the OP in this case. So, she does not want to proceed with the case further. Copy served no objection is raised.

Perused the petition and the case record. Heard the submission of both the parties. Considered. The prayer is allowed.

Hence, it is

Ordered

That the case is dismissed for non-prosecution previous cost of Rs.5,000/- against the OP is hereby remitted. All interim orders stand vacated. The case is finally disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost.
