ORDER

The parties are present.

In the present case the complainant/Dhr has already settled the case on receiving Rs. 22,000/-.

The OP/Jdr has already submitted Cheque No. 000828 amounting to Rs. 22, 000/- dt.11.05.2019 in favour of the complainant/Dhr.  The complainant/Dhr has received the same.

So, we do not find any impediment to settle the case.

Hence,

                O R D E R E D

                                      that EA/21/2014 be and the same is dropped  on settlement through Lok Adalat and execution case be and the same is dropped on full satisfaction.

 

                  Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
