Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant in parity that the said final order of the Hon’ble State Commission simply submitted that let there be necessary order accordingly. In view of the said order of the Hon’ble State Commission, the instant case being no. E.A. No. 7/2018 is hereby dropped and filed.
