No step is taken by the complainant who is found absent on repeated call.

It appears from the record that the complainant remained absent without any steps for consecutive days and today is fixed for personal appearance of the complainant as last chance in default necessary order will be passed.

The complainant is not interested to proceed with the case.

Hence it is ordered……..

That the case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Both parties be supplied copy of this Order free of cost.
