The case is placed before this Lok Adalat held on 12/11/2022 at D.C.D.R.C, Birbhum at 10:30 am.

Both the parties are present along with the conducting Ld. Advocate.

The matter has been settled and between the parties at Lok Adalat.

To this agreed between the parties that the OP/ Supdt. Of Post Office, Suri, Birbhum will pay a sum of Rs. 15,000/-(Fifteen Thousand) to the complainant along with present rate whichever is greater within 30 days from this date of order.

Let the matter is disposed of.

                 

                  Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
