The record is put up today on the strength of advance petition filed by the complainant. He has filed a petition(memo) with prayer to drop the case as withdrawn on the ground that the complainant does not want to proceed with the case as the matter has been amicably settled by him and the OPs out side the forum. The complainant has been identified by his counsel. Being asked the complainant told that the contents of the withdrawal memo is correct. So the prayer of the complainant is allowed. The case is dropped/closed as withdrawn. Record need not be put up on the date fixed.
