JUDGEMENT

The  crux of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps    for  non payment of  Maturity  R.D. amount bearing account  No.959566  a sum of Rs.17,600.- with accrued R.D. interest  which was issued by the O.Ps  in favour of the complainant   for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

On being noticed the O.Ps appeared in person  and filed written version and prays the forum to dismiss the case against the O.Ps for the best interest of justice.

Heard from the  complainant  inter alia from the O.Ps at  length.  We perused the complaint petition and the documents filed by both the parties.

         FINDINGS.

            In  the written version  the O.Ps  have submitted that  on getting the show cause notice from the  forum this office has taken action to close  the said R.D. Account No. 959566  and allowed  to close at Padmapur Sub-post office   on Dt. 9.6.2020 and the complainant  was also paid a sum of Rs. 28,886/- towards the closure of the R.D. account No. 959566  with additional  interest over the  deposited R.D. amount of Rs.17,600/- in the R.D. passbook  No.959566.

                During the course of   hearing  the complainant is present  in person before the  forum and filed  a memo  submitted that  the O.Ps  had credited R.D. maturity amount with  accrued interest a sum of Rs. 29,886/- on Dt. 12.6.2020  in his postal S.B. account No. 4810818749 and settled the matter out of court. Hence  he prays the  forum kindly be closed  case   as  he  does not want to proceed the case further.

                Verified the Memo and  relevant documents  filed  by both  the parties. The complainant had filed  the memo with his full and final settlement of their claims with out any  protest. The complainant prayed  to with draw the case.

                Considering the exigencies of the case  accordingly the present C.C. case is hereby closed & O.Ps are  wriggled out of the liability  of the case .

            Copy  of the order be supplied  free of cost to the parties.
