Present:    Shri Sunil Kumar Kamboj, Advocate for complainant.

                               

                 Execution petition presented before the registry of this Forum on 10.9.2020 and put up before this Commission on today itself. It is hereby ordered to be registered against the registration number already allotted by the registry of this Commission.

                Keeping in view of even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. Original documents attached with this complaint are hereby ordered to be released in favour of the complainant through his counsel. Complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint. File be consigned to the records.
