                   None for OP.

         

                   Today the case was fixed for filing written version on behalf of OP. None has appeared on behalf of OP. Complainant appeared and filed an application for granting permission to withdraw the present complaint on the ground that the matter has been compromised with the OP.

                   Complainant has also got recorded his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the opposite party, therefore, he does not want to persue with the present case and withdraw the same.

                In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
