The Advocate for Complainant is absent on repeated calls, no step filed. The Advocate for O.Ps also absent, but filed a memo of documents. Copy not served, but attached. On perusal of the case record, it came to our notice that the Complainant remained absent on 15.11.17, 29.11.17 and today also. Moreover, the Advocate for Complainant filed a time petition on 08.01.18, which was allowed. But, the Complainant and Advocate for Complainant is absent on today also. The Complainant has not shown any interest to proceed this case further. Sufficient opportunity has been given to the Complainant for hearing of this case. So, we found no reason to adjourn this case furthermore. Hence, the case is dismissed for default of the Complainant.     

Later On (10.07.18)-

                                      The Advocate for Complainant filed a time petition on the ground mentioned therein. Copy neither served nor attached. In view of earlier order, this petition became infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
