Perused the case record. Complainant got sufficient opportunity to file evidence in affidavit but he fail to do so. This Forum by its order dated 14.03.2018 allowed a last chance to submit evidence – in - affidavit. But the complainant neither filed evidence in affidavit nor submitted reason for non submission of affidavit. Today also complainant remained absent without step. It appears that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case.

Hence the case dismissed for default.
