This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.

Ld. Advocates of both sides are found present and ready.

Heard both sides.  Considered submission.

In course of hearing Ld. Advocate  for the WBSEDCL (OP of this complaint case) by producing one letter of AE & Station Manager Dadpur CCC, WBSEDCL pointed out that the OP has already waived off the amount of Rs.18059.93/-. Ld. Advocate for the complainant side admitted the same.

The  apple of discord in between the parties is relating to claim of Rs.18059.93/- .  As the OP has already waived off their claim of Rs.18059.93, the complainant obviously has no further grievance at this stage.

Thus this complaint case no.231/17 be and the same is disposed of as it is settled.  Let the letter no. Dad/ESTB/1907 dt.10.02.23 of WBSEDCL which is signed by AE & Station Manager, Dadpur CCC. WBSEDCL be made a part of this award.

Let a free certified copy of this order be handed over to the parties immediately.
